Current Monthly Charge per ERU is $55.00, as of Jan. 1, 2024 (reflected on Feb.1, 2024 bill)
Late Fee: A 5% penalty will be applied for payments after the 25th of each month, and
a 1.5 % will be applied to any overdue balances thereafter.

Post House for Water Termination (each posting) $30.00
Water Shut Off due to Non Payment of Sewage Billing $30.00

LANDLORD/TENANT:
Non Payment of Sewage Bills - (each posting) Up to $150.00
Payment with Credit Cards: $3.50 per $100.00
Tap on and Connect Fee - per ERU $1100.00
Inspection Fee - per ERU $50.00
Sewage Turn Off Fee $50.00
Sewage Turn On Fee $50.00
SERVICE FEES: If ORD Sewer is called out because of a clogged line or pump failure and it is determined to be from the flushing or putting of prohibited items down the drain, there will be a service fee, payable upon receipt of service.
DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS of 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday -- Friday.

New Connections
A property owner/developer that intends to connect to the ORD Sewer Authority Collections System must obtain a sewage connection permit.
Secure Connection Permit
Application: Complete the “Application to Construct a Building Sewer and Service Lateral” form provided with the connection notice.
Payment of Tap Fee and Connection Fee: Pay your tap fee and inspection fee. Submit in person or mail to: ORD SEWER AUTHORITY, 235 Skips Lane Osceola Mills, PA 16666.
Permit: The Authority will issue a receipt and Connection Permit.
